Prior to founding ARP Capital, Akshar built a track record of identifying and scaling founder-led businesses across both domestic and international markets. He has structured complex transactions, led growth initiatives across diverse industries, and built operational frameworks that drive sustainable performance. His approach blends deep strategic thinking with an operator's mindset—prioritizing fundamentals, alignment, and resilience.
Akshar holds longstanding relationships across the institutional capital ecosystem and maintains an active presence in the professional sports and media sectors. At ARP Capital Partners, he oversees the firm’s strategic decision making, with a focus on the firms’ investment vision, sports franchise relationships, and capital partner engagements.
Arjun Modi, Chief Investment Officer
Arjun Modi, partner and Chief Investment Officer at ARP Capital Partners leads the firm’s investment diligence, operational infrastructure, and investor communications—playing a critical role in both execution and firm-building.
He brings a multidisciplinary background across private equity, entrepreneurship, and capital markets, enabling him to evaluate opportunities with both strategic insight and operational discipline. He oversees the diligence process across platform and add-on acquisitions, manages external advisor relationships, and supports post-close integration and performance tracking.
